Erick Rosende ( Chico ), Director & Head Instructor

Erick has gained a great deal of experience working in 4 different countries; Brazil , Chile , Mexico and Canada . Known as one of the best bartenders in Edmonton , he has taken those and made them available to the students of the Ultimate Bartending School . When he is not teaching or running the school you'll find Erick at the Empire Ballroom.

Shadow, Head Flair Instructor

With over 8 years experience, he has won many flair competitions across Canada and the United States and has brought that great experience to our teaching staff. You can find him behind the bar at The Bank and Oil City Roadhouse.

Darcy Vane, Instructor

Darcy is easily one of Edmonton 's most popular bartenders. He has worked and managed at popular establishments such as Ceili's Irish Pub, Earl's and other great pubs and bars. This experience coupled with past ownership of Stolli's on Whyte, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta Darcy is a great asset to the Ultimate Bartending team. You can find Darcy managing at the new Joey Tomato's in South Edmonton Common.

Dorian King, Instructor

Dorian is a popular Whyte Ave. bartender and has worked at Earl's, The Attic and Dante's Bistro and is presently bartending at Julio's Barrio and Escape. This September Dorian will depart for Spain to stufy and bartend and we look forward to having him back for the winter session.

Josh Veentra, Flair Instructor

Josh is one of the best when it comes to merging showmanship and bartending. He has competed in over 25 Flair competitions all over Canada , including Pinnacle of Bartending Competition, Urban Lounge Flair Competition, Smashing Cocktails Flair Competition, and The Drink Ultimate Flair Competition. Josh has practiced for years to perfect his skills and is ready to share what he has learned with you as a part of your Ultimate Bartending curriculum.

Roberto Requena, Instructor

Roberto has been in the bar industry for over 10 years. He has gained tremendous knowledge from his days bartending at Earl’s to working his way up into one of the premier nightclub bartenders in Edmonton. He has worked at some of the biggest Nightclubs in Edmonton, including Dante’s Bistro, Rum Jungle & The Joint. He currently does his thing at the Escape Ultra Lounge.

Shaun Goudie, Instructor

Practicing this creed has brought Shaun many rewarding opportunities in the hospitality industry, Working as a skilled server and bartender in settings from casual to fine dining he has held positions in Australia, Grand Cayman, and North America over the past 10 years. Red's Rec Room, Dante's Bistro, and presently Ric's Grill Downtown are some of Shaun's favorite employers in the City of Champions!
